• 1:00 – 5:00 pm: Arrival/Check-in/Registration (Name tags and T-shirt distribution) at in front of Taft Meeting Room

• 5:00 – 6:30 pm: Complementary Evening Reception. Convene at the cafeteria hall for drinks and snacks.

December 28 (Thursday) at Taft Meeting Room

• 6:00 – 9:00 am: Breakfast at cafeteria

• 9:00 – 10:00 am: Prayer. Emcees: Rey and Vicky. 

General introduction and recognition of different families from youngest to oldest. 

• 10:00 – 12:00: Intermission; Presentation of talents, Games, and Dancing

• 12:00 – 1:00 pm: Mass and Memorial slides show

• 1:00 – 2:30 pm: Lunch

• 2:30 – 6:00 pm: Continuation of games; Group Pictures!!!!

• 6:00 – 7:00 pm: Dinner. 

• 7:00 – 10:00 pm: Awarding of prizes; Group picture again; Kuwentuhan

December 29 (Friday)

• 6:00 – 9:00 am: Breakfast

• 9:00 – 12:00 noon: Closing remarks; Check out; Rest/Free day.
